About

I am a data and insights professional. I find the patterns in data and turn them into recommendations people can act on, whether that means working out why customers leave, defining how performance gets measured, or building the reporting a leadership team relies on.

Outside the day job I build things. I designed and shipped Cherish, an iOS app, on my own through Apple's review process, and I have put AI assistants and chatbots into real workflows.
